Exchanges and returns
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them (Europe, USA and Canada). Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged. Sale items are exchange only. Custom-made items (size or colour) can't be returned or exchanged.

Europe: €16.00 (UPS)
USA and Canada: €24.95 (UPS)
Postage is at your cost unless the error was ours. The item stays your responsibility until it reaches the workshop, so keep your proof of postage.
To start, email info@hannahats.com with the item and your reason. We'll send a payment link for the postage charge, then a returns label within 24 hours. Print the label and the three invoices, and attach the invoices to the outside of the box to avoid duties and taxes. Returns without the Returns Form may not be processed.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. UK, Northern Ireland and rest-of-world customers should email info@hannahats.com for a tailored policy.
- Products should be stored in cool, dry, airy conditions and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- Wool products are naturally water repellent and resistant, but not fully waterproof. Should your cap/hat get soaked, we would recommend putting a small towel inside the cap/hat, place it on a towel and allow it to dry naturally indoors, away from any heat source.
- Products should not be machine washed or tumble dried.
- Products should not be treated with substances (e.g.) starch, soaps, sprays.
- Products should be dry cleaned only using a delicate cycle with less moisture.
- If creasing occurs, you can press your cap at home using an iron on a medium to high heat, you can see a video showing you how to do this on our Headwear Product Care page.

I love Hannah Hats. This one in particular has a very wintery, very Christmassy feel, and I wore it—and still wear it—throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Moreover, the courtesy of Hannah Hats is extraordinary. During the purchase I could also have received a pair of socks as a free gift, but I had forgotten to add them to my order. After I sent an email, they added them anyway, even after the order had already been placed.

Before purchasing this hat, I already had a Hannah hat of the same style. Because they hat I already owned was size XXL and fit perfectly. I purchased another XXL hat. Unfortunately, this new hat is significantly larger than the other hat and does not fit properly. It also appears to me that the quality of the older hat, which I regularly wear is somewhat higher than the quality of the new cap. Overall, I’m disappointed.

I love Hanna Hats and have been wearing them since buying my first in Donegal in 1992. They're the best wool and linen caps coming out of Ireland - bar none.
I would have given this red cap a more comprehensive review but it was stolen from my table at an IKEA in College Park the day after it arrived, so I never really got a chance to enjoy it! Sort of put a damper on my Christmas spirit.

I received the right hat, wrong fabric the first time. This was remedied very quickly by the very helpful Anne.
In fact they sent me 2 caps, one I guess as a genuine customer service apology for the mix up. You cant beat that for customer service.
