Created in 2018, the JP cap quickly became one of our most popular styles. Suitable for all genders, this style is made up of eight panels, similar to our Eight Piece Cap Tweed but with a more tailored fit and a longer curved peak.

My initial cap was the wrong size, my fault entirely. It was handled very well and I sent it back from Australia. I have my new one now, so happy with it. I’m even wear it watching TV. I grew up in Ireland and my Father had one, so the cap has significance for me. Apart from that, it’s very cool.

Being “follicly challenged” both my son and I are the first ones to know when it starts to rain or the sun has reached it’s hottest. A hat/cap is mandatory attire for both of us. When we decided to stop providing free advertising for any one that would give us a baseball cap I started looking for headgear that would enhance our style while providing protection from the elements. I began my search by looking for the eight piece caps I had worn years ago. I found Hanna Hats and was impressed with the looks of their products. I purchased a JP model for each of us. We are both extremely pleased with the quality of material and craftsmanship. My JP tweed is the warmest hat I own. The bill/peak provides just the right amount of shade for my eyes. I will be placing another order soon for another tweed and a linen cap for the summer months.
This and the brown speckled JP tweed were the first hats I bought from Hanna Hats. I own a few other flat caps and paper boy caps, but these are the finest quality in my collection and have the best shape. If you want that classic paperboy look without too baggy of a top, this is a fine choice. I look for every opportunity to wear it.

This was the first Hanna hat I ever bought. It exceeded my expectations in quality, fit, and the aesthetic it brought to me. I have a large build and this cap fits very well into the look I'm going for. I take every opportunity I can to wear it.

I had purchased the JP Cap Tweed-Black & Charcoal Herringbone Size Medium. It looks amazing, not surprising given the quality of materials and exceptional workmanship. This cap fits well. The extra length of the bill actually helps set it apart from other caps. The material is warm enough for the brisk autumn days.

I love my new JP cap. I think it makes me look more handsome than without it. It's a a little loose but that's OK. I'll just have stay away from heavy winds.

After trying many eight-piece newsboy-style caps, I found this gem: the JP Cap. Most of the others I tried were a bit too big on the sides for me. This design is perfect for me, and after wearing my grey daily for almost two years(when it's not too hot), I went on to buy three more. Out of those three, the Amber one soon became mine and my girlfriend's new favourite. Thank you for making such beautiful hats I will surely get more, because I love matching different colours with different outfits.

I ordered a JP Cap Tweed (green and black herringbone) in extra large. I love it! A few years ago I purchased an extra large Hanna Vintage Flat Cap and love that one too. But whereas my flat cap fits perfectly the JP is slightly large. Not too big to return it but I will need to hold onto it on windy days. The quality is top notch. The color is just what I wanted. And I love this newer style. I'm proud to wear it. Finally, I ordered my hat on Monday 3 March 2025. And it was delivered on Friday 7 March! Just 5 days to go from Donegal to my home in Pahrump, Nevada, USA (4,800 miles as the crow flies)! Impressive! Thank you, Hanna Hats!

I love my new hat. I received my new JP cap black charcoal herringbone for Christmas. I have a couple other Hanna hats as well. This is my favorite so far. Hanna Hats comes through again. I asked if this cloth (Green and Fawn with Multicolored Specs) could be designed for a JP. Of course it could! The staff is always outstanding. When this color came out for #84 Hat I knew I had to have it. It was the same color as the walking hat I bought in 1981 on my honeymoon in Bermuda! Just brilliant! Thanks to my friends at Hanna Hats!

An unusual maroon tweed looks great ; fits perfect - bought to pair with my Donegal tweed coat this winter . Very fast delivery in beautiful packaging to the UK . The cap has a larger brim which looks great and shadows the eyes better in bright sunlight . My first JP cap - am ordering another in a different tweed it’s brilliant
