Exchanges & returns
The Glenveagh Cap evolved from the traditional Newsboy cap. Like the Newsboy it has full-bodied, eight-piece panel body but it sits higher on the head, folds over like a beret, and is separated from the curved peak with a band.
Please note that due to different screens and devices, the colours of cloths may vary slightly.

Every piece is handmade, so allow 5–15 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery times below count from dispatch.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over €135.
Ireland: UPS Standard, 1–3 working days. Free on orders over €55.
UK: Royal Mail, 2–3 working days, €9.00
Europe: UPS Standard, 3–7 working days, €13.95
USA: UPS Priority, 2–5 working days, €12.95
Canada: UPS Priority, 2–10 working days, €16.95
Rest of world: UPS Priority, 5–15 working days, €29.95
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location and customs. Orders to the UK, EU, Canada and USA are Delivered Duty Paid, so the price you pay is the final price. Exchanges and returns
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them (Europe, USA and Canada). Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged. Sale items are exchange only. Custom-made items (size or colour) can't be returned or exchanged.
Return and exchange postage:
Ireland: free (An Post)
Europe: €16.00 (UPS)
USA and Canada: €24.95 (UPS)
Postage is at your cost unless the error was ours. The item stays your responsibility until it reaches the workshop, so keep your proof of postage.
To start, email info@hannahats.com with the item and your reason. We'll send a payment link for the postage charge, then a returns label within 24 hours. Print the label and the three invoices, and attach the invoices to the outside of the box to avoid duties and taxes. Returns without the Returns Form may not be processed.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. UK, Northern Ireland and rest-of-world customers should email info@hannahats.com for a tailored policy.

- Products should be stored in cool, dry, airy conditions and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- Wool products are naturally water repellent and resistant, but not fully waterproof. Should your cap/hat get soaked, we would recommend putting a small towel inside the cap/hat, place it on a towel and allow it to dry naturally indoors, away from any heat source.
- Products should not be machine washed or tumble dried.
- Products should not be treated with substances (e.g.) starch, soaps, sprays.
- Products should be dry cleaned only using a delicate cycle with less moisture.

I’d been looking for a cap that was stylish, comfortable (which is really hard to find with my head size), timeless, and high-quality enough to last me for years. Well, I’ve finally found it! And fun fact: I wore it during Storm Austen, with winds reaching 70 km/h, and it didn’t move an inch!
