Similar to our Skipper Cap Tweed, our Fisher Cap Tweed is a traditional mariner style, which is just at home on land as it is on the sea.
This style has a spherical body, a neat crown that features a narrow centre band providing a secure fit, and a flat peak which shields the face from the sun, rain and the wind.
Each piece is crafted using authentic, high-quality Donegal, Irish & Scottish Harris woollen tweeds. Wool is an ideal, natural fabric for headwear as it is naturally warm, breathable, stain resistant, crease resistant and above all eco-friendly. We have a curated selection of tweeds available whether looking for a traditional herringbone tweed, or a famous Salt & Pepper tweed with vibrant colourful flecks.
Please note that due to different light, screens and devices, the colours of cloths may vary slightly.

Every piece is handmade, so allow 5–15 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery times below count from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location and customs. Orders to the UK, EU, Canada and USA are Delivered Duty Paid, so the price you pay is the final price. Exchanges and returns
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them (Europe, USA and Canada). Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged. Sale items are exchange only. Custom-made items (size or colour) can't be returned or exchanged.

USA and Canada: €24.95 (UPS)
Postage is at your cost unless the error was ours. The item stays your responsibility until it reaches the workshop, so keep your proof of postage.
To start, email info@hannahats.com with the item and your reason. We'll send a payment link for the postage charge, then a returns label within 24 hours. Print the label and the three invoices, and attach the invoices to the outside of the box to avoid duties and taxes. Returns without the Returns Form may not be processed.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. UK, Northern Ireland and rest-of-world customers should email info@hannahats.com for a tailored policy.

- Products should be stored in cool, dry, airy conditions and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- Wool products are naturally water repellent and resistant, but not fully waterproof. Should your cap/hat get soaked, we would recommend putting a small towel inside the cap/hat, place it on a towel and allow it to dry naturally indoors, away from any heat source.
- Products should not be machine washed or tumble dried.
- Products should not be treated with substances (e.g.) starch, soaps, sprays.
- Products should be dry cleaned only using a delicate cycle with less moisture.
- If creasing occurs, you can press your cap at home using an iron on a medium to high heat, you can see a video showing you how to do this on our Headwear Product Care page.

I got this for my s/o for his birthday. He had been talking about wanting a skipper hat from your company for a while. He has one of the patch work ones. When I saw this one it was so perfect! I've been a big fan of Hanna Hats for years. I own more than 20. The Autumnal Irish Tweed is by far my favorite. This Fishercap is the 3rd in this color scheme I've purchased. The quality and durability of Hanna's tweed is astounding. The maroon viscose lining is the cherry on top. I liked the Fisher cap so much I special ordered the Pork Pie and the Eske in this same tweed. Quality and style make these nearly indestructible hats the perfect choice regardless of the weather. They make the bad weather much more tolerable, and the days of sunshine all the brighter. To say I'm a fan is a bit of an understatement.

My hat collection has grown to over 300 hats. 20+ of those hats are Hanna. My newest acquisition is the Fisher Cap in Autumnal tweed. I absolutely love it. All my Hannas are made with "last forever " quality and durability. As an added bonus, they also look great. I believe my next will be an Eske or porkpie made in that same Autumnal color scheme. I got two hat.. one is little small but all right, the other one is too small and I would like it to exchange for another colour in XL. Return Shipment per DHL is okay? Ups is very complicated here. Regards Andreas

I have several Hanna Hats Fisher caps that I have worn for the last 30 years. I thought it high time a got a new cap as the others, well worn, are showing their age. This newest cap is of thinner wool but does look very sharp. It is slightly larger than the others, won't fit as tightly on my head, so I will have to reserve this cap for when I need to wear my "Sunday best" and not wear it for activities on the water in wind as when I am teaching sailing here in Seattle. But if it gets wet, maybe it will shrink a little. I am open for ideas from the manufacturer.
