Celebrate the season with the Donegal Touring Cap Festive Tweed from Hanna Hats. Each piece is handcrafted in Donegal using rich winter tweeds that capture the warmth and colour of the holidays.
New for 2025, this limited release features Navy and Black Salt and Pepper with Bright Flecks. The result is a refined festive look with subtle character.
Wear it for winter gatherings or as a simple nod to the season. The Festive Tweed Cap adds charm to cold days and brings a touch of holiday spirit to every outfit.
Shipping
Every piece is handmade, so allow 5–15 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery times below count from dispatch.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over €135.
Ireland: UPS Standard, 1–3 working days. Free on orders over €55.
UK: Royal Mail, 2–3 working days, €9.00
Europe: UPS Standard, 3–7 working days, €13.95
USA: UPS Priority, 2–5 working days, €12.95
Canada: UPS Priority, 2–10 working days, €16.95
Rest of world: UPS Priority, 5–15 working days, €29.95
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location and customs. Orders to the UK, EU, Canada and USA are Delivered Duty Paid, so the price you pay is the final price. Exchanges and returns
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them (Europe, USA and Canada). Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged. Sale items are exchange only. Custom-made items (size or colour) can't be returned or exchanged.
Return and exchange postage:
Ireland: free (An Post)
Europe: €16.00 (UPS)
USA and Canada: €24.95 (UPS)
Postage is at your cost unless the error was ours. The item stays your responsibility until it reaches the workshop, so keep your proof of postage.
To start, email info@hannahats.com with the item and your reason. We'll send a payment link for the postage charge, then a returns label within 24 hours. Print the label and the three invoices, and attach the invoices to the outside of the box to avoid duties and taxes. Returns without the Returns Form may not be processed.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. UK, Northern Ireland and rest-of-world customers should email info@hannahats.com for a tailored policy.

- Products should be stored in cool, dry, airy conditions and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- Wool products are naturally water repellent and resistant, but not fully waterproof. Should your cap/hat get soaked, we would recommend putting a small towel inside the cap/hat, place it on a towel and allow it to dry naturally indoors, away from any heat source.
- Products should not be machine washed or tumble dried.
- Products should not be treated with substances (e.g.) starch, soaps, sprays.
- Products should be dry cleaned only using a delicate cycle with less moisture.
- If creasing occurs, you can press your cap at home using an iron on a medium to high heat, you can see a video showing you how to do this on our Headwear Product Care page.

The cap was bought as a gift for my boyfriend . He is very keen on the Donegal tweed & has a tweed waistcoat made by your company which he used as a guide when choosing the colour of his cap . When he opened the gift he was not too sure the quality of the cap matched the waistcoat however he soon realised the cap is a different tweed to the waistcoat & loves it & will be wearing it to the Goodwood Members Meeting in April ,

Overall, wonderful cap and very colorful - primary driver for the purchase. The interior satin lining is a bit baggy though.
