Unsere Skipper-Kappe wurde in den 1960er Jahren entworfen und hat die Köpfe vieler Fischer entlang des Wild Atlantic Way angezogen. Diese Kappe ist ideal für Seefahrer und angehende Seefahrer und bietet im klassischen Stil Schutz vor den Elementen. Mehrfarbige Tweed-Patches in verschiedenen bunten Geweben werden nach der jahrhundertealten Tradition des Quiltens zusammengenäht. Jedes Patchwork-Capis ist ein Unikat und unterscheidet sich von den Fotos.
Die Skipper Cap aus Patchwork-Tweed ist ein traditioneller Marine-Stil mit Country-Einfluss. Jedes Stück wird aus authentischem, hochwertigem irischem Tweed gefertigt, der mit der alten Kunst des Quiltens fachmännisch zusammengenäht wird. In der Vergangenheit wurden gesteppte Stoffe aus verwertbaren Teilen alter Kleidung oder Decken hergestellt, die recycelt wurden, um einen neuen Patchwork-Stoff herzustellen.

Every piece is handmade, so allow 5–15 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery times below count from dispatch.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over €135.
Ireland: UPS Standard, 1–3 working days. Free on orders over €55.
UK: Royal Mail, 2–3 working days, €9.00
Europe: UPS Standard, 3–7 working days, €13.95
USA: UPS Priority, 2–5 working days, €12.95
Canada: UPS Priority, 2–10 working days, €16.95
Rest of world: UPS Priority, 5–15 working days, €29.95
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with location and customs. Orders to the UK, EU, Canada and USA are Delivered Duty Paid, so the price you pay is the final price. Exchanges and returns
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them (Europe, USA and Canada). Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged. Sale items are exchange only. Custom-made items (size or colour) can't be returned or exchanged.
Return and exchange postage:
Ireland: free (An Post)
Europe: €16.00 (UPS)
USA and Canada: €24.95 (UPS)
Postage is at your cost unless the error was ours. The item stays your responsibility until it reaches the workshop, so keep your proof of postage.
To start, email info@hannahats.com with the item and your reason. We'll send a payment link for the postage charge, then a returns label within 24 hours. Print the label and the three invoices, and attach the invoices to the outside of the box to avoid duties and taxes. Returns without the Returns Form may not be processed.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. UK, Northern Ireland and rest-of-world customers should email info@hannahats.com for a tailored policy.

- Products should be stored in cool, dry, airy conditions and not exposed to direct sunlight.
- Wool products are naturally water repellent and resistant, but not fully waterproof. Should your cap/hat get soaked, we would recommend putting a small towel inside the cap/hat, place it on a towel and allow it to dry naturally indoors, away from any heat source.
- Products should not be machine washed or tumble dried.
- Products should not be treated with substances (e.g.) starch, soaps, sprays.
- Products should be dry cleaned only using a delicate cycle with less moisture.
- If creasing occurs, you can press your cap at home using an iron on a medium to high heat, you can see a video showing you how to do on our Headwear Product Care page

I have been buying Hanna Hats for over 20 years. I love their hats. Their quality is exemplarily, their materials are exquisite, the inside is beautifully lined. There are many styles to choose from. I have bought the hats for myself, my son, friends and my father who is 100% American Irish and absolutely loved it. I order them online from Ireland an receive them in about a week.

I love the hat. I chose it for myself which is never a good idea, but Its perfect, and those who don't allow me to buy because of my lack of ability to coordinate my wardrobe are mightily impressed with this one good purchase I have made on my own!

It is only better than expected because I didn’t know what to expect. Patchwork caps are random. Also, I made a request, so they made it accordingly. I love it! I ordered a custom in-between size, but i should have just gotten it on the larger end. Amazing hat however! May save it as a gift for someone with a slightly smaller head. Definitely think I'll order more from Hana Hats!

It's... perfect!
My husband had a friend buy him a skippers hat about 10 years ago when he was in Ireland. He has absolutely loves this hat, and it was starting to look sad. The brim was fraying and the lining had ripped. So I thought I'll get him a new one for Christmas. He was thrilled! Although he still wears the old one at work. 10 out of 10. Thank you from Upstate New York. Side note, they used local news papers in the bottom of the box. I found this very interesting to see, although it was their sports section lol

This is such a fantastic pattern piece. I love it the first time I saw it.
Great quality. It’s just a touch too large as I feared. I sort of fall between medium and large on the chart and I had reached out to customer service who put a note with the order with an exact centimeter measurement. It still is a bit large. The quality is great and I’m sure I’ll order again, and hopefully I can have someone here in the States take it in a hair so it fits better.
