My wife did not like the two buttons used to secure the flap covering. She would have preferred a zipper.

With the original purchase the flap was not aligned properly with the body of the bag. Hanna accepted a return and replaced the bag. The replacement bag was somewhat better but had the same problem. Considering why the bag had been replaced, I would have expected that the item would have been inspected for the same flaw before being sent to me. I feel that the bag I purchased should have been properly aligned like the bag in the website photos. Given the difficulties with the exchange, particularly with customs, I kept the replacement satchel. I have eight hats and caps made by Hanna, and am completely satisfied with those, which magnifies my disappointment with the workmanship on the satchel.

I got this for my sister for her Birthday and she absolutely loves it. It looks much better in person and you can tell the quality of it with every stitching. A lot of love went into making these.

I like the satchel very much. It is very handsome and a great addition to my fall and winter wardrobe. The second satchel is a gift for my daughter-in-law. Will take it to her in a couple of weeks. Will try to get photos of her and my son in their gifts. They live in California.
Bag really looks gorgeous and has good sizes. You really can carry all your stuff easily. I only miss a small pocket for my IPhone 8 Plus. Hopefully the next bags have it.
