Took me a while before deciding to leave this review. I DETEST putting up pictures of myself for things like this, but I had to this time - simply because this is the best f*%*ing cap I’ve ever owned! For three reasons: exceedingly well made, top quality material, fits like a dream!!!
I have a long face, a tiny head, and a low crown. I have NEVER found a cap that fit me right. Tried everything. Different brands, different styles - nothing worked. I got a Hanna Hats Touring Cap and it was very, very good. Best that I’d ever had. Ip to that point. I went back online to get a linen version for summer, and that’s when I saw the “Erin” cap on the website. Customer service confirmed it was a bit sleeker than the touring cap, so I gave it a shot. Hot damn!!! I can’t express to you how happy I was standing in front of the mirror when I put this cap on for the first time!!! I have never, ever had a hat fit like this!

Highest quality, worth the wait. Very happy with my new Erin cap. I would like to especially thank Anne who helped when the UPS courier delayed delivery due to an address misunderstanding.
As for the hat, the pictures don't do it justice. The lining and attention to detail are unmatched by caps found in tourist shops.
One note, if you're between sizes, I would go with the larger option. I'm ordinarily 57, but purchased 58 because I had tried on a similar Hanna in store and found it to be slightly snug for my taste.

Truly loving my Erin Cap in Donegal Blue salt and pepper tweed with colorful flecks! So comfortable I forget to take it off!
In fact, I’ve been so happy that I’ve since ordered caps for the kids for Christmas - an Erin in patchwork tweed for Brian, a Donegal Vintage in patchwork linen for Sean, and a fun Vintage Cap in heavy patchwork tweed for Lydia Rose. They arrived this week and now I have a real problem … A HAT problem! They are each amazing and I can’t wait to see them all in their patchwork attire. My mom would always tell them “don’t forget your Irishness!” and she’d have been delighted to see them wearing it.
Not wanting to leave my wife out but not being brave enough to guess her style or size either, I just ordered her a patchwork tweed satchel. A traditional rug hooker and knitter, she loves all things wool and will certainly cherish the bag for years to come.

I bought my first cap from Hanna Hats on trip to Ireland in 2012 in a shop in Galway. Ten years later I thought it would be time for a second one. I did find the website of Hanna Hats and I ordered the Erin Cap. My sons and my dad liked it, too. So during the year 2022 everyone of us got one. The last cap was ordered for christmas. Now three generations are proudly wearing an Erin cap as a small part of Ireland in Germany.
I love my Hanna Erin Cap, it fits perfectly and the material and workmanship quality as always is first class. I have 7 Hanna Caps and they are always top quality and perfect sizing consistency.
I just received my Erin cap, and I am in love! It arrived (with free shipping!) at my front door in Wisconsin less than two weeks after ordering. That's impressive! I have a patchwork Touring cap that I wore extensively last fall and winter, so I knew about the high quality and comfort of Hanna hats. This one did not disappoint. In fact, if it's at all possible, I think this one feels even better on my noggin! As soon as I put it on, I thought "oh wow, that's comfortable". It feels like it was made specifically for my head. I knew immediately that it's destined to become my new go-to cap. I can't wait to test drive it at my favorite local pub this weekend!

Was immediately impressed by my first purchase (classic herringbone) and couldn’t resist this cap in more colors. Quality is Top Tier. Consistent craftsmanship, every cap fits the same as the next.
