Frequently asked questions
Where are your hats made?
All Hanna Hats caps and hats are handcrafted in our workshop in Donegal Town, Ireland.
How do I measure my head?
You can see how to measure your head in our video here.
- Measure around your head at the widest point with a tape measure (just above the ears and eyebrows).
- Note the measurement in centimetres or inches.
- Use our size chart to find your size.
If you’re unsure on which size to order, please email us at info@hannahats.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
How do I choose the right style for me?
Choosing a cap depends on:
- Face shape
- Personal style
- Climate
We would recommend you have a look at some of our reviews at the bottom of each product page, as it can be helpful to see our hats and caps on other people to see what you think will suit you best.
Where do your tweed, linen and cotton materials come from?
We don’t weave our own fabrics. We source materials from a selection of trusted suppliers in Donegal, elsewhere in Ireland and across Europe. This allows us to offer a wide variety of materials, weights, colours and patterns.
How long will my order take?
We do our best to keep our bestsellers in stock, however some products will have to be made, so we advise allowing 5-15 working days for your item to be made and then shipping times vary depending on location, you can see them here.
