I have different Hanna Touring Tweed and Linen Flat Caps, which I wear every day. But the Eske Travel Hat is my Allround-favourite. If at father-kids-camping, hiking-tours, at the seaside or on holiday-trips (now in Sweden) the Eske is perfect protecting you from sun and wind and is small enough for the pocket….and stylish ;) Thanks a lot!

Reading the reviews of your hats I've noticed there's a certain type who often buys them: namely older men with white beards and glasses. I thought - since I'm apparently a rather unusual customer demographically - a statuesque lavishly appointed blonde in her mid-twenties - that I'd write and say that this hat really worked for me too. Do you look at Paddington bear and think: that ursine zaddy is on fleek? Then score yourself an Eske and prepare for it to rain marmalade.

As one who never ventures so much as a toe outside my home without a hat on my head, I have quite a collection of them. From knock-about flat caps to immaculately maintained fedoras, I pride myself in knowing a good hat when I see one, and I knew from the moment I took this one from the shipping box and put it on my head that this is not just a good hat; it's a great hat.
The fit is absolutely spot on! I couldn't have hoped for better if I had travelled to Ireland and been measured by one of Hanna's own fine craftspeople. The design not only looks perfectly to suited to a countryside hat, it also ensures that it sits just right to keep it in place even should the weather take a turn to the wet and windy.
Honestly, I could easily go on about how much I like this hat until you were tired of reading, so I'll close with a tip of my new Eske to Mr. & Mrs. Hanna and all their fine craftspeople for keeping the great tradition and quality of their hats up to the high level worthy of their great company's name.

Love the hat! The quality and color of the tweed is outstanding. The size is almost prefect, with a hair on the tight side. I think if I went large it would be too big. The customer service is excellent with quick responses. A well made product from a great company!

Simply love my Eske Travel hat. It looks closer to the walking hat than what I realized which is great! I wear it everytime I leave my house. I get constant compliments, a couple of times I was compared to Sean Connery. Which I love. It was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend it. Trying to decide what color to get next!! Hope there's a spring/summer version of it coming out!

Bought for my wife as a winter hat. She loves it, the fit is good as it sits low on the head, keeps the ears warm, and stays put when the Yorkshire winds are blowing.

This is a high quality hat. In spite of the minimalist design, it protects your ears from sun and rain.
It is very comfortable. The hat fits more loosely than other Hanna Hats of the same size. It sits lightly on the entire head and doesn't blow off in wind.

We fell for the Hanna Hats while visiting Scotland and Ireland in 2019. I finally decided to place an order for the Eske Travel Hat Tweed size medium. It traveled to the states arriving in good time. The medium was slightly too large for me so I gave this hat to my dear husband. Then ordered a size small for myself in a different color.
This is my second Eske hat from Hanna.
The color is amazing. I like this model very much and Hanna's service is always excellent.

The hat is fabulous, and if the weather changes to something like seasonal, and I can take a phone out with me on our walks, I will get you some photos on the 'dogwalk'. Fit is a bit on the bigger side, but this is no error on your part; just that we had one hot day before it arrived.....and I cut my hair!

...this is the second hat I purchased ...I ordered the suggested size, XL, and it was too big, but worked as a gift for a friend ...I ordered and received a 2nd hat, an L, after first measuring for head size = 60cm - turned out it wax also too large ...I think it will fit my son-in-law ...I would still like a hat of my own, and may order the Medium size ...if that doesn't work out, I guess I'll ship it back for a small and pay the fee ...what is your advice? ...thanks!
