Love these Hanna hats. My son brought one back to me after a visit to Ireland. Since then, I've ordered three more for my wife and myself.
I can order from retailers in the States, but I prefer to order direct from Ireland. It makes me feel like I'm somehow connecting with the land of my ancestors.
On my last order, somehow the wrong size was shipped to me. Before it arrived, I received a telephone message and a follow-up-email from a lovely lady named Brenda informing me of the mistake and letting me know the correct size would be on the way shortly.
That was an example of excellent customer service and one of the reasons that Hanna hats will be around for a long, long time.

I bought this hat just for those extra cold days and nights when you need a little something extra to keep you warm and the ear flaps on this hat do that for me. The hat itself is pleasurable to wear, then add on the extra material that covers your ears and it makes this hat a must have for colder temperatures. I'm happy I made this purchase.

This is my first Hannah Hats cap and my first classic cap in general. I am very glad that I got the product of this particular brand. My wife, son and friends were a little surprised by my choice of headgear (after all, not many people of my age here in Saint Petersburg wear such hats), but they all said that the cap is excellent and suits me well. In addition, it reminds me of my first visit to Ireland in the autumn of 2012, when I wandered alone through the evening streets of Dublin after the rain, and then traveled around the entire island on a motorcycle. Cap color - Country Green Herringbone with Tan Overcheck is chic (the staff took my request for it by email). There is only one small downside with the cap, I'd say - the foldable flaps do not hold very well inside when you want to wear the cap without the flaps. I expected them to be a bit tighter inside, but I have to specifically fold them in with my hands every time I put the cap on. Other than that, the cap is awesome!

My fifth Hanna Hat. I wanted something that would keep the 'lugholes' warm in winter, so the flat cap with earflaps fits the bill nicely. Tom sorted out my request to get it in a 'Granite Grey Salt & Pepper' tweed. Also, the flaps tuck nicely away when the weather's more amenable!

Great hat, lovely tweed colours. This is my second Hanna hat. I have a few other tweed caps but I use this the most in winter. I fold the flaps up if its not too cold, but often find I put them down to protect my ears when I go round a corner into the wind. Being in southern Canada, I use the flaps down a lot, they are good until we drop below-10, but then I need to switch to an heavily insulated hat.

I now have the same hat with and without the ear flaps. Living in Chicago, IL the hat arrived just in time to test in sub zero temperatures. Wore it when outside temp was -5 F and the ear flaps worked wonderfully.
Thanks, your hats are awesome...I am second generation with one of your hats. My uncles each have at least 2 of your hats. Its part of our irish heritage!

It has a unique touch and it is stylish. One of my friends liked it better than what he has. He has same but an unbranded, then he saw the difference. I am not sure but he may buy one from hanna. I will buy one more the same style medium size hat soon in blue color (Irish Tweed - High Azure Mix H). I love it. Thanks
